Port, operates and manages Evyapport
Kirazliyali, which has an important role in the national
economy due to its approximation to Istanbul and Kocaeli,
the two major industrialized provinces of Turkey.
The Port operation in Kirazliyali is one of the most
important ports of the region, which provides “Specialist
Port Services”, for any general cargo, iron and steel
and liquid shipments with its 200 meters wharf length,
19 meter draft, 117.500 m2 land.
The container terminal meets the most critical requirement
of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul and the regional economy
of Kocaeli with its 180,000 TEU capacity. In the terminal,
the latest container terminal technology is used with
the crane, stacker and forklift park, containing 2005
model vehicles.
The tank terminal for liquid shipments with the capacity
of 90,000 m³ and the underground lines that are electric
– heated and insulated starting from the wharf is appropriate
for loading, discharging and storing liquid shipments.
The port accepts any lift and shipment without any
height and width limitations via D100 and TEM junctions
in case of heavy project lifts and shipments.
